Important Proof-of-Age Requirements

If this is your first order, you will see an age verification pop-up after completing your order that will ask you to quickly verify your age by entering your email address and phone number. If our system isn't able to verify you based on this information, it will request you to take a photo or upload a photo of your government issued photo identification as well as a selfie of you holding your ID so that we can verify your age using the AgeChecker.net automated system. You can complete this process on your computer or your mobile phone in case you want to take photos instead of uploading pre-existing photos. Please note that AgeChecker.net does not retain any personally identifiable information in their system, and that once they have been able to verify you, the images that you uploaded will be permanently deleted.

We do this age verification on your first order only so that we do not need to request proof-of-age a time of delivery, which means that we can deliver your orders without a signature, thereby preventing you from having to go to a local postal outlet to pick-up your order and show your ID.

If you would prefer to email us a scan or photo of both sides of your government issued photo ID (i.e. Driver's License, Health Card, Passport, etc.), please send it to [email protected] as soon as possible so that the shipping or pick-up of your order is not delayed.

You must be 18+ if you are ordering from AB, SK, MB, QC, NWT or YT

Once your age is verified (after a successful online order), you will no longer be required to provide proof-of-age for your orders.

 

Order Processing Duration

If your order is placed on a weekday before 11:30 am Eastern Time, in most cases, your order will be shipped the following business day. If your order is placed after 11:30 am ET during the week or anytime over the weekend, your order will likely be shipped in two business days. Transit times quoted during checkout are in addition to these processing times.

As we enter the holiday season, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for your continued support throughout the year. This is always a busy time for everyone—including our shipping partners—so please note that order processing times may be longer than usual. Statutory holidays, winter weather, and courier delays may impact delivery times, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during the 2025/2026 holiday period.

You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. To ensure you have everything you need, we highly recommend placing your holiday and early-January orders as soon as possible. Stock up on essentials—eJuice bottles, pre-filled pods, disposables, replacement coils, and refillable pods—to avoid any inconvenience during the seasonal rush.

By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to pay all associated duties, taxes, and/or tariffs to DHL prior to the delivery of your order. No tariffs will be charged on US made eLiquid such as Halo, Black Note, Five Pawns, etc., however, you will still be charged a customs brokerage and parcel processing fee that will be close to $30 CAD.

Important Information Regarding US and International Shipments

Premium eJuice ships all products from Canada and does not collect taxes on orders placed from outside of Canada. Orders shipped to customers located outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees and customs processing fees. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees that may arise. Unfortunately, we are unable to give estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

You as the importer must be aware of your local laws and regulations for Electronic Cigarettes / Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS), accessories and E-Liquids. We will fulfill our obligations and ship your order to the location you specify after payment has been received, however, Emulsive Labs Ltd. (o/a Premium eJuice) is not liable if your package is seized by customs upon entering your country. As the importer, you are solely responsible for the importation of the products that you order. As such, you must be aware of your own region's/territory's prohibitions and allowances for importing said products. Emulsive Labs Ltd. (o/a Premium eJuice) will not be held responsible for your lack of knowledge regarding the importation laws of your country/county/city/province/state/territory/region. In the event of seizure, the importer is solely responsible for recovering the items, if possible.

If your order is returned to us due to its inadmissibility, your failure to pay all import fees, or because you rejected the package at the time of delivery, 100% of the money you paid us for the order will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

All shipments are trackable, insured and do not require you to be home to accept delivery

It may take up to a couple of days for your order to ship depending on which warehouse the items in your order are coming from.
