IMPORTANT: PROOF-OF-AGE REQUIREMENTS
If this is your first order, you will see a pop-up after completing your order that will allow you to upload your identification securely to our Age Verification service for automatic verification by Inverite. You can complete this process on your computer or your mobile phone in case you want to take photos instead of uploading pre-existing photos.
If you would prefer to email us a scan or photo of both sides of your government issued photo ID (i.e. Driver's License, Health Card, Passport, etc.), please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that the shipping or pick-up of your order is not delayed.
You must be 21+ if you are ordering from the USA or International Locations
You must be 19+ if you are ordering from BC, ON, NB, NS, PEI and NFL
You must be 18+ if you are ordering from AB, SK, MB, QC, NWT or YT
Once your age is verified (after a successful online order or in-store purchase), you will no longer be required to provide proof-of-age for your orders.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPIE SAME DAY / NEXT DAY LOCAL DELIVERY:
Shippie delivers orders same day to customers as far west as Hamilton, as far east as Markham, as far north as Vaughan / King City and as far south as Lake Ontario. Please see the coverage map below.
Shippie will deliver orders between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm on the same day that the order is placed assuming that the order is placed on a weekday before 11:00 am. If the order is placed after 11:00 am (even at 11:01 am), on holidays or over the weekend, the order will be delivered the following business day.
All packages will be left at your location without a signature if you are not available at the time of delivery unless you live in a condo and need to buzz the driver into the building. You will receive a text message when your shipment is out for delivery and if the courier is unable to deliver your package, they will call you to obtain instructions on where to leave the package or they will re-attempt delivery the following business day if they are unable to reach you. If they are unable to deliver your package on the second attempt, your order will be returned to us and you will need to contact us to make arrangements to have it re-shipped at your expense.
USA and International Shipping
Due to new PACT regulations in the USA preventing the receipt of vape mail by courier, we are no longer able to use DHL to deliver packages quickly and cost effectively to the USA. While we are still able, we will be shipping all orders destined for the USA through Canada Post / USPS. We are also working with a last mile delivery company specializing in alcohol and vape to setup a longer-term solution for our US customers which we hope will be up and running by early May 2021.

If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, we will need to send your order through Canada Post instead of DHL and this will increase the amount of time it will take to receive your order. No shipping fee discount will be provided for this scenario.
Important Information Regarding US and International Shipments
Premium eJuice ships all products from Canada and does not collect taxes on orders placed from outside of Canada. Orders shipped to customers located outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees that may arise. Unfortunately, we are unable to give estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
You as the importer must be aware of your local laws and regulations for Electronic Cigarettes / Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS), accessories and E-Liquids. We will fulfill our obligations and ship your order to the location you specify after payment has been received, however, Datagon Inc. (o/a Premium eJuice) is not liable if your package is seized by customs upon entering your country. As the importer, you are solely responsible for the importation of the products that you order. As such, you must be aware of your own region's/territory's prohibitions and allowances for importing said products. Datagon Inc. (o/a Premium eJuice) will not be held responsible for your lack of knowledge regarding the importation laws of your country/county/city/province/state/territory/region. In the event of seizure, the importer is solely responsible for recovering the items, if possible. Should your package be sent back to us, we will issue a refund for your order less the shipping fees charged to you when you placed your order. If you received free shipping, we reserve the right to reduce your refund by the actual cost of shipping your order to you.

* If the product(s) you ordered are in stock, we will usually ship your order the same business day if your order is placed and paid for before 2:00 pm ET. We do not ship over the weekend.
