Nicotine is highly addictive

One of the most frequently asked questions we receive from customers is, "How long will my coil / pod last before it needs to be replaced?"

Coils and pods are made of different metals and wicking materials that will affect the lifespan of the coil / pod and so it can be difficult to know when to replace it. The eJuice that you are vaping as well as the length of your draw will also contribute to the longevity of your coil or pod.

The general rule of thumb is that you should replace your coil / pod if the taste of your eJuice becomes muted or altered, or if you start getting a slight burnt taste.  Most coils used in a primary vape device will need to be changed within a week or two depending on the amount of use it receives.  eJuices that contain sweeteners or natural tobacco extracts will also gunk up your coils quicker, leading to a shorter coil / pod lifespan.
